Medical assistance : August 25 2022

I've been happy that someone cancelled his or her appointment and the fisio - Osteopate could attend me already today cause I'm not sure I could stand the pain and uncertainty for a whole week. The result was that I've got a micro-seizure (I'm not sure if I'm naming this correctly in English) in my gluteo. This has been probably caused by wrong movements by the pain in my Achilles heel(s). I need to do what I'm not good hat: resting and (merely stretching and strength) exercises :-(

Hmmm.... Like I wrote in my post (last line), this is the leg of my fisiotherapist / Osteopate while showing me an exercise. I've got hairy legs too though (and I don't shave them) and the Gucci purse neither is mine (nor its his) !LOL !CTP

Resting can be hard ... But if it's for your own health, do it! I made the mistake too many times not to listen to the advice of resting. Yeah, resting for a few days I can handle, but then I start doing things I'm not supposed to do. The result is that you harm yourself in the long run ... Anyway, try to find some balance and hopefully a speedy recovery!

The problem is that I grow fat really fast, and i mean FAST, !LOL
A matter of days, really. And I know that the way back is so hard, that it akes me 3x or 4x the ime that I've stopped to get to an acceptable level again... !CTP
