only cycling: November 2 2025

Summer has passed so no more swimming in the Mediterranean Sea, but still possibilities for some @cycling with this beautiful weather! With another 30km I've finished the weekend with only cycling, do I'll be fitter on Monday to run more kilometers in an untypical week: no laser run training in Tuesday, less time and no intensity on Friday, a bit mountain only on Saturday and travelling on Saturday evening to run a first cross country in Sevilla on Sunday.
