a bit faster and longer: November 3 2025

And especially a bit faster at the end.... I ran slowly the first 9km with Victor and Fran. Like this the first and most difficult kilometers have been passing smoothly and I could pick up pace for another few kilometers. Good feelings today, no training tomorrow and Thursday and in Wednesday I'll try to take my daughter on a 6* 1000m at competition pace.
