I usually run about 10km on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday about 5km because of laser run training (with 700m and 300m series) and in the weekend track, field, road race or bicycle (exceptionallu in winter, generally more in summer). On Friday a bit less when competing on Saturday.That means between 30 and 40 km every week when I don't skip training.
This week about 42-43km I think, because on Saturday I've run a 1500m on the track and on Sunday 8000m Field Cross championship.
