Actifit
Al llegar el mediodía, en mis descansos, estuve con algunos amigos en un restaurante chino para poder almorzar y recuperar energías para continuar con nuestra jornada académica. Pedimos arroz chino y unos dumplings fritos, que nunca los había probado, pero son muy ricos.
Luego, un par de horas después, estuve retornando a mi hogar, agotado pero satisfecho con mi actividad hasta el momento, ya que mis recorridos desde mi casa a la universidad, más el movimiento allí, más el retorno, se vuelven algo extensos y agotadores, sumando el cansancio mental por los estudios.
Llegué a mi hogar y descansé un par de horas para luego cumplir con mi actividad física y deportiva, mis entrenamientos de calistenia en casa. Que, como es habitual, estuve realizando ejercicios enfocados en la mejora del elemento estático Front Lever.
En general, puedo decir que he tenido un día maravilloso. Me siento satisfecho con mi actividad física realizada en el día de hoy, recorridos caminando y un poco de ejercicios de calistenia en casa. Al finalizar el día, observé que mi reloj inteligente marcó más de 6.000 pasos, siendo algo que me enorgullece y quemando más de 220 calorías, en una distancia de casi 8 kilómetros. Dándole por hecho que mi actividad física por el día de hoy ha sido todo un éxito.
As you can see in my photos, I spent the morning and afternoon at the university where I study in the city of San Cristóbal, Táchira State, Venezuela. I woke up early to get ready and head to the Agro-industrial Territorial Polytechnic University of Táchira State, where I'm studying for a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management.
Around midday, during my breaks, I went to a Chinese restaurant with some friends for lunch to recharge my energy for the rest of our academic day. We ordered Chinese rice and some fried dumplings, which I'd never tried before, but they were delicious.
Then, a couple of hours later, I was heading home, exhausted but satisfied with my activity so far. My commute from home to the university, plus the walking there, plus the return trip, gets quite long and tiring, not to mention the mental fatigue from studying.
I got home and rested for a couple of hours before getting on with my usual physical activity: my calisthenics workout at home. As usual, I focused on exercises to improve my front lever.
Overall, I can say I had a wonderful day. I'm happy with my physical activity today, including walking and some calisthenics at home. At the end of the day, I saw that my smartwatch recorded over 6,000 steps, which I'm very proud of, and over 220 calories burned, covering a distance of almost 8 kilometers. I can confidently say that my physical activity for today was a complete success.
