Mi informe de Actifit: abril 12 2025 - SWC
Saludos amigos de la comunidad Actifit espero que se encuentren bien! Vengo a compartir mi reporte de la semana. Este reporte lo realicé de una manera bastante activa, como siempre haciendo mi respectivo trote mañanero, antes de ir a la universidad y hacer mis diligencias diarias siempre busco trotar para activar el cuerpo y obvio también con el fin de mejorar en mis entrenamientos, en este caso trote con un gran amigo que tenía mucho tiempo sin ver, se llama Lenin, el y yo siempre por las épocas de 2021 trotabamos todas las mañanas sin excepción, de lunes a viernes y después de tanto tiempo volvimos al ruedo, nuestra ruta fue bastante buena ya que trotamos 30 mins por al rededor de toda la ciudad, pasando por diferentes calles y así no aburrirnos un poco del mismo recorrido, la pasé bastante bien trotando con mi amigo y de esta manera complete mis 5k pasos de mi reporte del día de hoy. Y bueno amigos espero que les haya gustado este reporte, pronto seguiré mostrando más reportes de manera semanal, nos vemos 💪🏽❤️.

Greetings friends of the Actifit I hope you are feeling well! I come to share my report of the week. I did this report in a very active way, as always doing my respective morning jog, before going to college and do my daily errands I always look for jogging to activate the body and obviously also in order to improve my workouts, in this case I jogged with a great friend who had long time without seeing, his name is Lenin, he and I always for the times of 2021 jogged every morning without exception, from Monday to Friday and after so long time we returned to the arena, our route was pretty good as we jogged 30 mins around the whole city, passing through different streets and so we did not get bored a little of the same route, I had a good time jogging with my friend and thus completed my 5k steps of my report today.
