Saludos amigos de la comunidad Actifit espero que se encuentren bien! Luego de un tiempo volvemos con nuestros reportes de actifit, está vez haciendo 12k pasos trotando con mi fiel amigo que siempre me acompaña a trotar todas las mañanas @miguelgabriel-sw, está vez hicimos una ruta algo larga, aproximadamente de unos 8k y está vez decidimos alargar un poco más los kilómetros ya que siempre trotamos 5k y está vez decidimos ir un paso más allá y aumentar unos kilómetros para ver qué tal podiamos rendir y la verdad que no me quejo, hicimos un buen tiempo para la gran cantidad de kilómetros recorridos, aunque si tuvimos que bajar la velocidad en algunos casos debido al cansancio la verdad que lo hicimos bastante bien para trotar una ruta tan larga como está. Siempre es bueno trotar con mi amigos ya que siempre hay mucha motivación y siempre es bueno hacer algo de carreras y entrenar un poco las piernas y sobre todo el sistema cardiovascular, espero que les haya gustado el reporte de hoy y nos vemos mañana con una nueva publicación ❤️.
