My Actifit Report Card: September 11 2023

Wczoraj miałem rekordowo dużo chodzenia, poprzeczka zaliczona, nawet podwojony dzienny cel. To chyba mój ostatni post tego miesiąca w ramach poprzeczki, odpuszczam, dziennie ponad 10 tysięcy to już duże wyzwanie, w weekend do osiągnięcia ale na tygodniu ciężko mi przebijać o 1000 więcej każdego dnia taki wynik.
