  • Spiritual Peace: Fasting nourishes the soul and is the best source of spiritual peace.

Medical Benefits:

  • Rest for Digestive System: Fasting relaxes the digestive system and also gives the liver a chance to rest.
  • Blood Pressure Control: Fasting relaxes the heart and controls blood pressure.
