I think it's very reassuring that there's still hope in such dark times. The powers that be want to keep people divided and fight between themselves. Events like this give them a rattle that their position is more fragile than they believe.

Divide and conquer is one of the oldest tools in the book. It was great to see many people of different walks of life band together over things that truly matter to them and their families.
