However, you look at all 3 innings he’s played and he’s looked uncomfortable against any ball above chest height. He top edged at least 4 short balls yesterday and got away with it.

If you put him in a Test match, no bowler is going to pitch anything in his half. I’m sure he’ll learn and adapt quickly especially given that he’ll face a lot more short stuff now!
