Alhamdulillah, I successfully made Chitai Pitha in an infrared oven 😍
The high temperature of my oven is 2000, so I first heated the tawa well,,,, then when the tawa started to smoke, I turned the power to 800 for the first time,,, after 2 minutes, the perfect pitha, the bottom of my pitha is getting a little dark color, if I turn it to 600, it gets a very beautiful color and if I turn the stand upside down, the tawa sits well
