Merchants accepting payments in crypto is certainly a way around the ban. Of course, they will have to be able to pay their suppliers in it also since the vulnerability is the point where someone has to turn it into fiat.

And they would even earn more because they can add a risk factor to their pricing to take care of crypto volatility.
