My Actifit Report Card: September 14 2023

I'm tired of being in a terrible state, my mood is getting worse every day. Everyone around drinks, the men around have become either alcoholics or military men... Teachers practically do not teach lessons. Out of six online lessons, we will miss a maximum of two. I don’t see any prospects here and I stopped planning anything in my life a long time ago.

Only walks with my child distract me for a short time. It's like I'm in a fog, I can't concentrate on anything.

simply cannot split my family in half. There is no chance of being happy here, and there is no chance of being happy abroad either. I need psychological help, which is not provided here.

I can't sleep normally, I hardly eat. I never thought my life would become like this. I was happy and wealthy a few years ago. My life was ideal, how much I hate Russia and everyone who started this terrible war.
