I've been watching my step count the last few days.

I don't know why but my step count has been in the crapper lately. I need to work on this and see what my problem is.
I'm pretty sure I've been moving around with proper motivation. I guess I'm going to need to go on a treadmill for a way to get my numbers up.

Make no mistake, I bust my ass and move around at work. I should be getting my 10,000 steps just at work. I try to just use this app when I'm exercising, but those numbers don't really add up either.

I hope you liked my picture that I put on there, I've been growing microgreens, or sprouts whatever you want to call them. I've been finding so many recipes for dishes with mung beans that are so good for you.

I can see why they use these in so many Korean and Chinese like recipes, they are very tasty and good for you too. I've heard that these sprouts and microgreens can have up to 10 times more nutrients than the ones we normally eat with our vegetables.

I'm still going to the gym a few times a week and doing calisthenics in between.

It's pretty amazing how much the actifit team has accomplished, I'm giving you a big thumbs up and asking you to keep up the great work!
