My Actifit Report Card: June 30 2022

I woke up in morning around 3 o'clock, I brushed my teeth afterwards I go to kitchen and help in home work like preparation of food. I am little bit foody person I like preparing various types of recipes and helping hands in home activities.

Food is ready to eat delicious food join me, in the menu here I have fried eggs and bread, chapatti with mix vegetable gravy. And in drink milk shake personaly I love to drink milk shake it's my favourite one in sweet nutritional fruit healthy drink.

I went off to jog as always, I ran run the field for about 5times, then I played a little bit of football .
I rushed back home and shower, guess what I went out with friends to have some fun.
Like the saying goes "all work and no play makes jack a dull boy" so I enjoyed we ate till we were filled . Played for a little while and went back home.

Wan really fun , but I am very tired though. Time to sleep.
