My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2023

Hi everyone, I missed posting for two days as I was busy somewhere and have not recorded my activity.

I always share snacks pic but this time it's different.

My mom wanted to have some snack so I prepared the Bhelpuri ( salted and spicy puffed rice )
Here is step by step prepration by me

1. First I chopped some Onion and then added pomegranate seeds to add some sweetness

2. Then added Bhelpuri mix by Haldiram

The packet with ingredients

And the actual Bhelpuri ingredients including puffed rice, bhujia, mathi and some more snack items

3. Adding sauce to make it better and mix up spices well

Usually the mix is dry so we add sauce to make it wet ( I am not getting the word here 😂) and to enhance the taste and mix everything well.

4. The final product

Served well in paper tray, ready to eat

So now the snack is ready to eat.

Sometimes I add tomatoes and apple as well, but they were out of stock at home.

But still with added pomegranate it tasted nice.
