The Journey of physical fitness is quite difficult especially when it has nothing to do with Lossing , weight. I feel like I've lost my stamina so I really need to get it back at all cost . After working on a movie project where I was asked to do some exercises, I realized I get to tired quickly and I run out of breath. So I decided to start hitting the road and doing some exercises to get my stamina back . I wasn't impressed with my body results , but I'll keeping you all updated .
