Day 9 : My Actifit Report Card: August 27 2022

This was going to be a longer post about the days getting shorter, the geese getting ready to migrate south and a little chill in the air.

However, during my posting time I got to go for a wonderful walk with my son. It may not seem like much but he is 16 going on 17 and teenagers often don't want to spend time with Dad.

However, last nights walk was one of those times I can see my teen becoming a man so it was a wonderful walk.

So, while I enjoyed my morning dog walk. My evening teenager walk was so much nicer.

I'll post more about other me stuff later
