Another days activity and more time with my wife and son. My Actifit Report Card: May 29 2023

As always the day started out with a walk with the dog. I had to take a moment to enjoy my father-in-law's vegetables. It's always funny to look at the are in front of the house.

My father-in-law is all about the vegetables.

My wife is all about the flowers!

.... and I'm smart enough not to get between them in their turf war for the garden.

As for the dog.

He keeps munching all the grass and goose poop that he can get his mouth on.

It's really gross but I can only do so much to deter him :(

as a side note after I got back from the walk I actually saw a Blue Heron in the sky flying to the lake. I tried to take a picture.

But the heron is only a dot in the background. Sorry guys, I tried.

Anyways, after that it was time for house chores. Well, actually cooking chores. I'm trying to make a post on how to make really cheap food that's still nutritious. I'm posting about it in the Frugal not Stingy community so I spent a lot of time cooking in the afternoon.

Of course as its Sunday I also spent time with the family.

In the evening it was time to walk the dog again. This time I got the family to come along with. Horray!

After the walk it was to come home and relax by watching FUBAR on Netflix.

Well, mostly relaxing until my younger son came out just before bedtime all worried about his grades and how he will get into University.

I've been telling him for months he needs to stury hard....and only now does it sink in.

Oh well, better late than never.
