My son's 20th birthday today. My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2023

Dancing with the dog first thing in the morning.

I thought it was a cute photo. Although I did get some steps I didn't expect even earlier than this. At 1am the dog wanted out...way too early to be getting any of my daily steps.

After the dance with the dog in the morning it was time to go out for a walk with the dog and my son.

Got a beautiful picture of the sky this morning.

at the end of the walk it was a little odd. We heard one police car go by very quicly. Then another. Then another. As we reached the 6th police car go by we decided it was time to take a picture.

Although that was nothing compared to later in the afternoon when we saw this long line of police cars.

Of course the highlight of the day was spending time with my son on his 20th birthday. He is still getting over a cold but we went out to Dennys for a free breakfast.

after that he went to Starbucks for his free tea.

In the evening we had family over for ice creak cake, happy birthday, and walking the dog with my son and his best friend.

Overall a good day had by all.

Although it feels a little weird having a son who is already 20 years old!
