Pretty day..but cold. My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2024

Ok. Still not 100% over the flu but much better now than I was.

Went out this morning with my wife to walk the dog. Nice to have company.

It was cold out. Not -37C like up in Sun Peaks but still cold enough it was good to be all bundled up.

We got to enjoy a bright crisp clear morning. The lake was fozen (no surprise there) but the fountain was still doing its thing.

If you look closely you will also see that the birds were hanging out in the water that hadn't frozen over yet.

One brave soul was actually skating on the ice. It looked like he was having fun out there.

I was content just to look at the snowcapped mountains and the bright morning sun with my wife and dog.

From the looks of the dog I think he had the same idea that we did.

Anyways I'm still coughing and wheezing a little bit from the Flu so I didn't go for a very long walk. In the evening I also just let Niko (the dog) run in the backyard because I was still wheezing a bit.

Overall though I hit over 8K steps so I can post. I'm getting over my flu which is nice. I'm getting back into my daily routine. Can't complain much :)]
