Last day off before a day at work. My Actifit Report Card: March 14 2024

As you can see from Nico sniffing it was a bright sunshiny day.

Of course winter still prevails so the trees are looking pretty barren.

even the blackberry bushes are looking pretty thing and unimpressive.

But the daffodils are out so I know that spring is close at hand.

realistically though I work tomorrow and then head off for my 25th wedding anniversary vacation the day after that. Heading to florida and then off on a cruise with the family. I'm betting that by the time I return home spring will have sprung.

As for exercise today? Got most of my steps from walking the dog in the morning and evening. A few from errands such as taking my son to pickup his car from the repair shop, and going to the bank to get USD for my upcoming trip.

I did my stretches as usual. I read my Bible as usual. I tried to do my strength exercises but... well... let me just say that I was pretty sore from the previous few days that doing it today was just a big.

But that's just the way it goes sometimes.

The day is waning. I'm getting ready for my wife to get home (hopefully she is in a better mood than yesterday!). Then its a quiet evening before having to work tomorrow.
