On the ship. My Actifit Report Card: March 22 2024

I haven't posted for a few days because I've been on a cruise. Beautiful place actually and way too much food. However more about that in a different post.

I tried to keep every day on ship the same.

Start the day reading my Bible and doing my stretches.

Then it's up to the gym. At the gym it's time for the treadmill for 30min and a bunch of different weight exercises.

Off to breakfast, lounge around after that. Enjoy the sunshine and pools.

And yes there are dance lessons and fun physical activities too. Lunch of course followed by more lounging.

Dinner is a little fancier than than the buffet

Most days I chose the vegan option but today I enjoyed the steak.

After dinner off to the evening theater production. Today was the "circus"

Really enjoyed the performance. They had photos with the cast at the end...I was tempted but felt silly because it was almost entirely children there for the pictures (sigh).

Don't use the elevator.

There are 14 floors so going from our room to the food...5 flights of stairs. To the gym...6 flights.

Lots of stairs and over 20k steps.

Looks like a lovely time you are having! I'm thinking all those stairs will help with all the food.

You should have gone for the circus pics as there's nothing wrong with being a kid again! As adults, we still need to take a day and be a kid!
