when every day is routine.. it's hard to find good pictures. My Actifit Report Card: April 10 2024
Wow. A beautiful day out today and all I take a picture of is some bare dirt.
I really must have been taking too many pictures for Actifit :)
That's the thing though. I do the same thing every day. Get up and read my bible, stretch, calesthenics, walk the dog, daily exercise and repeat the dog walking in the evening. Then report about it on Actifit.
Nice that I got 12K steps in.
But here's the thing. After a year of regularly getting 10K or more steps I've figured it out that exercise doesn't make you lose weight.
Changing your diet does.
I'm up to 209.8lbs which is far more than it should be.
So, I'm going to try and report my weight daily and watch how it goes.
I'm going to put more effort into healthy eating and report about it on my @tergan account.
Just like this patch of dirt it may not look like much now. However, if I put the seeds of discipline into my diet now, perhaps in a few months I can see some results.
Let's see how this new chapter works.
