Last full day in AsiaMy Actifit Report Card: May 7 2025

Well I've enjoyed my trip to Asia and there I am enjoying ramen in Japan. Yummy.

But the thing about vacations... If you spend too much time on vacation it stops getting a vacation and turns into regular life so I think it's time to go home. Traveling is tiring.

So today started with a bunch of steps checking out vending machines. However that's a story for another day.

Then it was time to pack and head out.

The first stop was a bus stop.

Now the bus said it went to Minami Senju station and it all started well but when we got close it turned away from the station I wanted to go to. So we got off... In the rain... And walked to the train station. 900m away.

Now 900m is a nice walk but not that awesome with a backpack and suitcase. Then we arrive at the station. Hooray! But my wife lost her transit card somewhere between the bus stop and the train terminal.. so I had to walk back to find it.

The good news was I found it... She dropped it right after she got off the bus. So... 900m to get the card and 900m back.

But then it was time to catch a train to Narita. Now it sounds easy but it means making a couple transfers and when you don't wish Japanese it gets really hard really fast. Luckily I was able to make it.

Had a nice lunch at the train station

Found the shuttle bus to the hotel. Then settled in to rest before we head out tomorrow. Of course we did a little walking around but honestly this area is really really boring.

Tomorrow is going to be a flight day so likely no posting until I get back to Canada.
