Weeding plus. My Actifit Report Card: June 13 2025

Now today I was going to do some light weeding and selective growth of natural vegetation.

Let the Columbine grow.. I'm

Let a poplar grow

Weed everything around a willow so it can grow and so forth.

However in the morning my wife said take down a bunch of trees of an embankment. And the were a lot of trees. So I trimmed them down and then used a lightweight garden shredder to make mulch.

I was pretty happy with the fact I got mulch for a lot of the vegetation I'm trying to selectively grow

Unfortunately it wasn't a heavy duty machine so I spent a fair amount of time clearing jams but in the end it worked.

Then I watched anime for a while and then started the actual weeding. At the end of the day it was time to start getting ready to go. Hard to believe I've been here two weeks and my time is up tomorrow.

Still it is very nice to know that my home here may not be perfect but it was earth, body, and quiet. Quite liveable. Hooray.

Hopefully the yardwork over time will make it even better.
