You know it's one of those days when the best I've got is a picture of my dog sniffing a tree. Honestly though? Walking my dog in the morning Was the best part of the day

After that. Work. And it was not a fun day.

After that gym and since I was enervated from work it was a lackluster gym day.

After that walk the dog again.... But it was hot and I was tired and .. well at least I did it.

But not. Time for bed and hope tomorrow is a better day
