Church, Gym and AI music. My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2025

A pretty good day today. As always most of my steps were from walking the dog.

But also went to church with my son. Which is always a treat

Did some errands around the house. Put up some pictures in the wall, cleaned dishes, just little things.

Went to the gym.
.. always feel better when I do that.

Gorgeous day outside especially when walking through the park.

And I started using suno.ai to make music. Wow. I was impressed. Some of my favorite music is from Jacob van eyk from over 400 years ago.

Using AI I was able to get a modern interpretation of some of his works. I have new favorite music. Hooray.

And overall that made for a very good day.

But let's see what tomorrow brings.
