It was so hot today. Yes I walked the dog... But early morning and later on the early evening. Going out on full sun? No thanks.

What do you do in the heat?

Lots of fluids and.. Well.. stay out of the heat as much as possible.

Other than that?

It was haircut day. Get a haircut, do paperwork, watch anime, basic stuff.

As for the homestay students? Did a few things with them but my wife was more "on duty" with them today.

Pretty happy with my 11k steps and trip to the gym though
