Another day at work. My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2025

Most days start with me walking the dog. However today.... Not so much. My wife had the day off so she walked the dog in the morning and took the kids to school too...

... Because I had to get to work really early.

Unfortunately I had to work today. Also unfortunately I knew that there was a huge pile of leftover work from the day before. We worked hard the previous day but the phone rang so much and we were short staffed so things just piled up.

As a result I could go to work on time and be swamped from the very beginning which makes for an awful day. Not fun.

Or go in an hour early (unpaid) and start the day fresh. Then proceed to have a better day (usually). So today I headed to work for 730am and got everything caught up and had a decent day at work.

After work I was still tired but after a little rest got my steps taking the dog for his evening walk

Overall a beautiful day for the walk.
