Patch testing. My Actifit Report Card: October 22 2025

A change of scenery this morning as I up on a hotel in Vancouver. Today I was to go for allergy patch testing. I got up early so I could walk to the clinic and figure out where it was.

It was actually a really nice walk.

Quiet streets with trees covering was beautiful and fresh.

Pass through a nice park along the way and after about 20 minutes arrive at the trading office.

Then walk back because I'm like 5 hours early.

Go back to the hotel and my parents in law join me. They have go catch a flight to Manila tonight so they hang out at the hotel while they wait.

I'm the afternoon walk to the testing site again but this time it's raining. Good things I brought an umbrella.

The testing site is actually part of St Paul hospital. So I figured I would take a photo.

Now the testing procedure is easy but they put a bunch of stuff on my back and it really limits my movement. Very annoying.

I'll survive but I have to sleep on my stomach and can't remove my shirt for two days. Yuck.

In the evening it's of to the airport with my parents in law

Getting them checked in with air Canada was so so so much easier than with Philippine airlines. Hooray!

It was weird being in the airport with no luggage though. I felt oddly free. Then I took transit home and a quick evening still back to the hotel.

Overall quite a nice day... But it's now late so I should try to sleep... On my stomach...ugh
