A long day at the gym. My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2025

As usual I got most of my steps walking the dog in the morning and evening. With a little break in the rain and beautiful autumn colours no complaints about going outside.

However it was also a day for errands. Had to stop by home Depot in the morning to grab some led t8 bulbs.

Of course then I had to install them. I was a bit worried I might have an old style magnetic ballast but it was electronic so everything worked.

Got the bulbs installed then went for a walk with my wife (and the dog)

Then it was time to recycle the old bins. Kind of a pain but glad to get rid of them

Also time to give the dog a trim as his hair was getting kind of long

Overall just a busy day running around and taking care of little errands
