Saying goodbye to grandma. My Actifit Report Card: November 19 2025

It was nice to visit with my mom but today was her day to go back home. Went to say goodbye at the airport and that was nice. Also got to say hello to my niece and nephew.

As for getting steps? Same old same old there.

Walk the dog in the morning and then again in the evening.

Gray and miserable as usual.

Side note.. film crews were all setup at the arena. No idea what they were filming but all the trucks and support staff are a dead giveaway.

And I'm pretty sure they were using the back parking lot as the relocated ask the ice shavings (snow) up other areas. Something the dog really enjoyed.

It may not look like it but he got a huge case of the zoomies here (running around like a crazy dog).
