Not much to report. My Actifit Report Card: December 21 2025

You know it is a nothing day when all I have to post is a picture of a boarded up house asking my normal daily walk.

But really today all I did was take the dog in a walk, do my stretches, go to church, visit my son in his new home then come home. Sure it was a 90 minute drive in the rain and gloomy.. so travel time almost 3 hours to visit my son.

Eats up a lot of my day on winter solstice when the sun rises after 8am and it's going down before 4pm.

Overall result.

Very boring report...

..... But at least I have enough steps to post today. Yesterday I didn't even have 5k because I went to work and my wife walked the dog.
