A long day of travel. My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2026

Sitting on an airplane sucks.
Can't move
.... But hurts
.... Let's cramp
.... Generally uncomfortable
And jets aren't awesome for gathering steps either.
So with 17 hours in transit I didn't really have a lot of time to exercise.
Now I know I said I was going to exercise better on this trip. That is still the plan.
The problem right now is jet lag
It's currently 530pm Filipino time... But 230am Canada time.
My mind tells me I should do my stretches, some basic body weight exercises. Maybe March in place or go for a walk.
But it also says it's 230am and I should sleep.

So I did get some steps walking around the airport.
Got more steps walking to the hotel from the airport.
Mostly thought I went walking to the store and got drenched on the way back.

So I think I'll leave the report like that and try to do better tomorrow when my mind hopefully is awake :)
