Finally on the mend. My Actifit Report Card: January 31 2026

The last few days have been rough.
If you follow me you know I try to post every single day. Sure I miss a few but on average I'm pretty consistent. But the last few days???
Nope.
I've been sick. Lying in bed. Generally feeling awful.
Today I actually felt human.
.... Tired
........ But human.
So I went to the gym but forget about weights. Forget about trying to get in shape.
Today it was all about just moving again. I did 45 minutes on the treadmill to get my 5k steps and it was slow.
And you know what? That's ok. Just being out of my bed and moving again felt awesome.
After the treadmill? I couldn't bear the thought of going back to my room so..

I enjoyed the very end of the sunset.

I kicked my feet up on a chair by the pool. Wrote an article on hive and just enjoyed the songs of the city and the warm evening air.

Very simple things... But after being stuck in bed for three days?
I'll take the simple pleasures
