With my wife at the mall. My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2026

Last night my wife arrived in Surabaya and it was nice to have her back by my side. Yes it can be annoying because he stuff is strewn all over the hotel room and I no longer have room to sit at the computer and write. No closet space of my own and every free surface has something on top of it.

Still. Sometime to talk to, snuggle up with... And yes someone to look after me if I get sick again.

This morning we walked through the town just a little bit.

But mostly we ended up at the mall. It's a nice walk down clear paths and my wife was happy to actually see the sun 😊.

I'm so glad they had an overpass because crossing roads here is tough.

Anyways the mall was large but very quiet on a Monday morning. 4 levels of shopping and my wife enjoyed looking for spa services, coffee and new glasses.

Personally I didn't even care to leave the hotel... But I'll do my best to keep my wife happy ;)

After the mall it was back home. Have a rest them down to the gym for arm day and some additional cardio.

The day isn't over yet so I'll probably write a give article tonight but so far... Happy with how the day has gone :)
