Another day in Surabaya. My Actifit Report Card: February 3 2026

Silly me
But it was a good day.
I kept up with my diet. One meal per day and only a few snacks during the day.
What were the snacks? An apple. A few dried peas and half a protein bar.
Plus lots of water. Have to keep hydrated.
Other that that? My wife went sightseeing but came back very quickly once the thunderstorms started.
There was an awful lot of thunder and lightning in the late afternoon.
As for myself? Today was leg day at the gym. Leg day plus treadmill got me my steps today..
Didn't want to go too far from the hotel room because my stomach is letting me know... Don't stray too far from a washroom ;(
Also when you haven't eaten much during the day... Leg day is really hard..
But I survived
