A day where nothing happened. My Actifit Report Card: February 22 2026

Well I did get my 10K steps today but not from anything particularly interesting.

As my wife has gone back home I'm by myself. When it is just me I have little desire to go out of the hotel. I don't need to buy anything. I don't need to explore anything.

My goals are simple: Eat properly, Exercise often, Ready Bible / Pray, and make posts on Hive.

Then when I've done the important stuff...
Watch anime and play video games :)

So back on diet eating at breakfast. How do I survive the hotel buffet without getting fat (and hopefully lose weight)?

Just eat the high protein foods plus salad.

Salad to start so I don't over eat.

4-6 eggs (or even better egg whites)

A few sausages. Some chicken. Yogurt. Soy Milk (instead of juice). Lots of protein. Decent calories and I avoid the fun stuff.

  • The ice cream machine (yummy but not diet friendly)

  • The doughnuts, croissants, cakes and pastries

  • The fried potatoes

  • The fruit juice

  • The pancakes, waffles and crepes :)

Goal: drop 18kg. It was 22kg but the first 4kg has come off.

So to answer the question how did I get all my steps today?

  1. Walked to the indomaret (convenience store) to buy a bunch of diet sprite and diet coca cola. Enough for one a day as a treat later in the day.

  2. Spent a lot of time on the treadmill

And I suppose

  1. Walk around the gym on my break between sets while doing my upper body weight training :)

And that's it. That's my almost 11K steps today
