Another day, another report. My Actifit Report Card: February 25 2026

Another day when I didn't really leave the hotel that much. How did I get my steps? 45 minutes on the treadmill with an incline while listening to music. Its actually quite a peaceful way to spend some time getting in shape.
Other than that?

Here I am all hot and sweaty from the treadmill thinking "Should I have a swim?" But my body said....nah... So I went back to the room and played Civilization for a bit ... Hahaha.
However I did remember to do my stretches, balancing exercises and some leg strengthening exercises (marginally leg day but I have a bad Achilles tendon so its more of a treat the tendon kind of day).

The pool seems so close until you look down on it.
Other than that I did get some steps today by going to the corner store. I bought one piece of fried chicken and white rice as a night time snack (no picture because shhhh..... Can't let my wife know). I also bought a small diet coca cola which I'm going to save for tomorrow :)
And yes, I did have to take to the street to do that. No taking a taxi/grab/Uber for just a quick half km trip.

And as dull as it is, that's my day :)
