surprised I hit 5k stepsMy Actifit Report Card: May 9 2026

Kind of hard to believe I made my step count today. Did I walk the dog in the morning?

Nope.

I was working and my wife wasn't. I got a get out of dog walking free pass.

At work? Behind the counter all day at the pharmacy. Yeah I go back and forth a lot but not exactly a step generator.

After work I came home to a barbecue in the back yard. A little ping pong and playing with the dog. Eating too much meat and chatting with family. Not exactly great for exercise.

Then it was time to walk the dog. I did it just long enough to get my steps and take a couple of pictures :)

I do feel blessed that I have such a nice walk to do every day.

As for my backyard? Nah. Nothing to see there. It is tiny with grass and whatever my wife and father in law plant. She plants flowers. He plants vegetables and they fight over space.

My neighbor?

He has the pretty trees and garden. Well also some lumber that seems to be sitting there like rubbish. Guess he is just human :)

Other than that not much to report.

Mothers Day tomorrow them heading off on vacation. Will be interesting to see if I can keep up the posts or if they will fall by the wayside due to lack of interest.

... Or lack of a keyboard :) typing these on the Actifit interface on the cellphone is kind of tedious.

But that is my report for today :)
