Are Paris Saint German planning to be the next Real Madrid?

We all knows that Rome wasn't build in a day and that applies to humans and business too. When you are trying to make the best out of life you have to go with some sacrifice. This is not easy to come by but you have to be dedicated, focus, committed, smart and intelligent in other to do this. It is this pattern that the owner of Paris Saint German is trying to do.

I don't know if you guys remembered how Manchester city became a big team that is shaking the world right now. Do you know their owner did same strategy and it worked out for them. Do you know that City Football Group the owner of Manchester city invested heavily in their squad by making sure that they build their team from the scratch. They make sure that they paid a lot of money through signing of players. What they did here was to make sure that they invest in good quality players only. Unlike other team, they thought what Manchester city owner was doing were total rubbish. They were complaining of the excessive spending and at a point it looked like what they were doing was total rubbish but City Football Group knows what they are doing.

What really got me confused was when City Football Group extend their formidable team building to second eleven too. This means that they build their first choice squad and didn't stop there, they went further by building their second squad which is also referred to second 11. This is where their transformation started from. It means that if any player is having issues and that player is a first team player, they have replacement for him immediately. With the quality players in the bench just be prepared that the replacement is another versatile player that will replace that first choice players perfectly. You won't even notice the absence of any players, they are all good. The only issue here is how to sustain the team. You know players love getting good playing time, immediately they sees that they are not getting good playing time they might want to leave. I just dont know how their owner City Football Group and the coach, Pep Guardiola are managing to do it when it comes to this aspect. All the players are not complaining any bit.

At least we have talked about Manchester city which is not the essence of this post. The essence of this post is to talk about the strategies Paris Saint German are also putting in place. This is why I first of all talked about that of Manchester city, the team with such system. At least with that we will be able to draw good comparison and be able to see that what Paris Saint German are doing won't crashes them as time goes on. Qatar Sports Investments, the owner of Paris Saint German have decided to apply the Manchester city strategy as they are aiming to be the next Real Madrid. I know a lot of person will say they can't do it, just watch and see the outcome from what they are doing. Real Madrid now is not that team that we use to fear, they have lost their crown.

If you follow what I explained with Manchester city above, you will see that it is the same thing that Manchester city did that Paris Saint German is also trying to do. They have started this movement for some years now and gradually they keep adding more versatile players. Recently I heard that Sergio Ramos have moved from Real Madrid to Paris Saint German, this really pains me but I don't have a choice.

Sergio Ramos have moved out of Real Madrid to have a taste of how the outside world is going and I am very sure that this is the best thing he has done for himself ever since he started playing for Real Madrid. Paris Saint German should be happy securing his services, he is one of the best defender in the word and despite his age he is still one of the best. We all knows his impact in Real Madrid. He played 16 good years before he finally dropped the mantle by moving to Paris Saint German. I am very sure that the few years he will stay at Paris Saint German, the team will felt his impact. It can be seen that the signing that Paris Saint German made is a very nice one and with this I am sure they have solved their defence issue with Sergio Ramos addition.

With this addition we now have Neymar, Mbappe and host of other good players in the team. Paris Saint German just need to look for ways to get things right and they will shock the world by surprise. One thing I am observing and looking at is that Cristiano Ronaldo might joined them up since he is currently thinking of leaving Juventus. Sergio Ramos can tease him to join Paris Saint German and if he does, it will be a great addition to the team and they might see their team transforming for the best.

With the good addition that Paris Saint German has had to their side by now they should be winning all trophies but despite that they are still struggling. I know for sure that very soon they will be the new Real Madrid.
