Four matches, four wins for Juventus Turin as they keep soaring high in the Uefa champions league despite Cristiano Ronaldo's departure to Manchester United
Mind you this post is not to down grade Cristiano Ronaldo or in any way say something negative about him. I have been monitoring the Juventus Turin team and Manchester United team for some time now. I have noticed some thing that I have addressed and I prays that they got it fixed someday.

One thing about star players is that it is hard to get them controlled. That is why I have always showered praises on those head coach managing any big name players, it is not the easiest work to do I must admit. No coach will comes out and say to the media that any big name player that they are managing are not listening to advice and he is hard to controlled. He might be sacked because that shows he can't do his work.
The above is the reason why the head coach will be dying silently while managing such players. With the level Cristiano Ronaldo has attained, it will be hard controlling him because you knows he can make you loose your job and when he says he wants to leaves your team, many club will be queuing up to get him to their team. This is where all the chaos lies.
As per performance you will see that all players in such team will want to always passes the ball to him because they knows he is a star player. This will kills the free rotational vibe in the team. When all attention is on him, opposition team can easily mark him out. This is why a free team is simply the best.
In a team with no star players, every players are the star players. Since there is no star players in such team, free flow of the ball will have good Impact.
Now take this into observation, I ran some check on Juventus Turin team and I noticed something amazing about them. Although I am not new to this because I have spoken on this before. Cristiano Ronaldo is a good player and a star player too. If you noticed when he was at Juventus Turin, he helped the team to achieve a lot. The issue at that time is that the team failed to work together. This is simply because all the players wants to feed him with the ball and this pushes all attention on him.
While the above was going on some players are not happy with the team at all. This is the simple reason they struggled so badly in that league and in the Uefa champions league too. Now let us visit the #Group H table and see where Juventus Turin are seating. They are on number 1 position with 12 point while Chelsea fc are on 2nd position with 9 point. This simply shows that after Cristiano Ronaldo departs they were able to fix their team and the free flow game play commences.
Checking on Group F table you will see Manchester United seating on 1st position with a lot of struggles before they were able to achieve that. Now look at the team, you will see that it is just Cristiano Ronaldo always delivering. This is simply because all the players have eyes on him to delivers and this is really killing their free flow game play. Checking on their matches where they have lost so far, you will see that the team (Manchester United) lacks that free flow game play.

Let us look at Manchester United last season English premier league performance, wasn't it amazing and far better than this? This happened because they were free flow playing system in the team. While all this is going on people don't talk to Cristiano Ronaldo but they are all pointing fingers to Ole Gunnar Solskjær. This is simply because he is the head coach. My take on this is that if they continues like this, it will be hard for them to progresses far in this year Uefa champions league race.
While others are lamenting for the head coach to be sacked I disagree with that. What they really needs is a free flow playing system just like what I hinted above. Nobody should be seen as star player in the team, balls should be played to other attackers and other players should be given good playing time to perform also. This is where the work came in for the head coach (Ole Gunnar Solskjær).

From all that is said above we can see that the Juventus Turin team are currently doing well when it comes to the Uefa champions league. We can't say much yet other than seat down and see where this their free flow playing style will carries them. I am happy for them that despite Cristiano Ronaldo departure they are back to their winning ways and also it is obvious that they will be qualifying out of the group stage with this amazing form run.
