My Actifit Report Card: Hello weights my old friends
Well so I decided to start working out again.
I think it will pay off in the long run but I must say I'm destroyed today lol
I can't remember the last time I logged weights and even though I took it easy since I was returning from a long absence, all my upper body muscles are completely sore
I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it again tomorrow so I'll have to target a different muscular group. Maybe some more aerobics even.
But all in all I'm glad I did I. I wasn't really getting enough exercise and my body was starting to show it. I hope to be more healthy this year and I believe this is a small prove to pay.

Indeed! They also used to have a few more weight plates attached to them but it's been too long and I had to start over light! :P
