My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2022
It's finally Friday! This week was very intense. I'm in the middle of a job transition so between handling all the documentation for the new job and preparing handoffs for the projects I'm currently managing in my current job, I barely had time for anything else!
I did manage to get back to a semi-structures workout routine though! I did some weight lifting on Tuesday and some aerobics today. Of course this is still far from idea but I want to take things slow because I haven't been exercising in a long time and I don't want to hurt myself.
Let's see how things go from here!
