My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2022
I was very out of tune with myself and my goals last week and I barely had any activity on Hive. I was dealing with some life stuff and while it wasn't anything too serious, it still took most of my free time and energy.
I really want things to be different this week so I decided to have a good start because I realized that the first day or two of my week usually set the tone of the rest of it.
I decided to go for a walk in the afternoon and then a quick jog in the evening to hit my 10k. It's very cold outside, at least for my standards so it wasn't the most pleasant jog but I still managed to do it and hit my goal.
I don't know of I'll have time to go for 10k everyday because the week will be crazy but I hope I can at least make it to 5k.
