My Actifit Report Card: Best Monday in a long time!


I had a very good day today. My work was very productive and I also found time to do other stuff too.

I set the goal of hitting 5k movement count every day this week. I'll aim for 10k but I know my time is very restricted so 5k is more realistic.

With that in mind, I decided to go for a walk during my lunch break. I live right in the middle of the city so there aren't many good places to walk around but I found out about this park the other day which is very close to me and even though it's not very big it still pleasant for an afternoon walk.

After my walk I got back to work, got some stuff done around the house and in the evening I did an upper body workout before my evening meetings.

It was a very busy day but I'm glad I got to start the week in a great way and also happy that I beat my goal for the day!
