My Actifit Report Card: July 27 2022 - Back on track!
I'm back on track after only making it to 5k yesterday.
Today was aerobics day so I did a workout that is basically alternating 3 sets of jumping jacks and plank for 30 seconds each, a 2 minute rest and repeat
Im a bit out of shape so it really took a toll on me and I was exhausted after it. At least it brought me a lot closer to my daily goal and the , at night, I went out for a walk to top it off and made it to 10k
