My Actifit Report Card: August 17 2022

As usual today was all about house chores!
I did go out in the afternoon for a walk but the bulk of my movement today came from doing stuff around the house. As it turns out, it's actually a very good exercise.

I started washing the bathroom, then vacuumed the whole apartment, did some heavier scrubbing on the kitchen area and also cleaned my couch.

A lot of work but nothing beats the feeling of a clean home
